About Piloxing

PILOXING is a fusion of the best aspects of Pilates and Boxing Disciplines, done to music in a group exercise format.

    Hi
    I was recently in the US and heard about Piloxing but couldn’t get to a class. I am a personal trainer and Studio instructor in Berkshire and this class would incorporate my 3 fav classes into one so am interested in eventually training to teach it. I was wondering where you taught the class or if it would be possible to talk with you at any point to see what your experiences were and how you found the training. Also where you had to go the to US to qualifiy?
